Carrot Cake

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups oil
4 eggs
3 cups grated carrots
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup raisins

In one bowl mix dry ingredients with wire whisk.
In another bowl, beat eggs, add oil.
Blend with dry mixture.
Stir in carrots, pineapple and raisins.

Pour into prepared cake pan and bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
