1 Cucumber
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh dill
1/4 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
Peel, slice and de-seed cucumber. Cut into cubes, add sugar, salt, vinegar, dill and sour cream.
Goes great on salmon!
For salmon fillets, boil in salted vinegar water for 8-10 minutes.
