3 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup smooth, salt-free peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups whole wheat flour
Mix all ingredients.
Roll to 1″ thick.
Cut shapes with a plastic knife (don’t damage your table!) or use a cookie cutter.
Place 1/2″ apart on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350* for 20-25 minutes.
Let stand 1 to 2 hours to harden.
Store in reclaimed treat container or any container with a lid.
