Grandma Little’s Pancakes

1 cup flour
1 cup cornmeal
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup water
2 eggs, beaten

Whisk dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another.
Pour liquid mixture into dry and stir until blended.

Use a hot skillet!
