Miss Alva's Green Salsa
Green tomato salsa
- 5 Green tomatoes
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 Garlic heads, whole
- 16-25 Jalapeno peppers --depending on size
- Cilantro -to taste
- Salt --to taste
- Boil jalapenos, save the water.
- Run peppers thru food processor.
- Add cilantro and a little of the reserved water and salt.
- Process tomatoes, onion and garlic to desired size.
- Blend all together.
