Roasted Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans)

1 bag chickpeas, cooked, rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons olive oil
Garlic to taste

In a zipper-type bag, blend chickpeas, olive oil and garlic until thoroughly coated.
Spread evenly on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in 400* oven for 15 minutes.
